SLS Dubai is Bringing the Heat for Dubai Fitness Challenge

The avant-garde hotel is calling all sport enthusiasts to punch and pose with a line-up of activities this November

SLS Dubai, known for its commitment to holistic well-being, is proud to participate in the Dubai Fitness Challenge, with a schedule of classes designed to provide a harmonious blend of physical fitness, relaxation, and rejuvenation. All classes will take place above the clouds, with one of the best views of Dubai’s skyline.

Anna Krukovskaya, a Dubai Fitness Challenge ambassador, will lead SLS Dubai’s yoga classes in the sky on 8^th and 15^th November at 7PM. Guests will get the chance to enhance their physical and mental well-being for a special price of 99 AED per class, which includes exclusive access to the hotel’s first-class facilities, state-of-the-art gym, spa, and sky-high pool. With a mix of Hatha yoga, stretching, and pop pilates, guests will have different workout options based on their strength to meet their personal goals.

The exercise heavily focuses on meditation, breath control, muscle strengthening and conditioning, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Back due to popular demand, Lucky Punch, the boutique boxing studio from Zurich, is taking fitness to another level as it provides boxing enthusiasts an unforgettable experience. Lucky Punch is an all-level, 45-minute boxing and strength workout, powered by music. The workout delivers serious sweat in a fun, high-energy setting. The classes will take place on 25^th and 26^th November at 9AM, 10AM and a ladies only session at 6PM, priced at 160 AED.
