From late November, SLS Dubai will bring the festive season to the heart of the city, with a different way to celebrate at each venue. Guests can begin with Thanksgiving at Carna, pick up a panettone at EllaMia, settle into a festive afternoon tea at S Bar on the 71st floor lobby, gather for Christmas lunch at Fi’lia, and see out the year at Smoke & Mirrors or Privilege, high above Dubai.
Whether guests are after a long Italian lunch, a roast with all the trimmings, an afternoon tea with the city at your feet or a late-night celebration, there is a venue to suit every occasion.
Carna by Dario Cecchini
On the 74th floor, Carna will keep the festive season firmly centred on meat, fire and sharing. Guests can look forward to a Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings; a Christmas roast and a New Year’s Eve served in two seatings.
Thanksgiving
On Thursday, 26 November, Carna will serve a sharing-style Thanksgiving mid-day feast led by Whole Roast Turkey with maple glaze, Mediterranean herbs, cranberry sauce and roasted jus. It will open with a Charcuterie Board, Mushroom & Parmesan Croquette with fresh truffle and black garlic, Roasted Pumpkin Salad with stracciatella, Dario’s Beef Tartare and Potato Gratin Pie with black truffle. Mac & Cheese, Brown Buttered Parsnip Purée, Roasted Potatoes, Carna Sausage, and Brioche & Chestnut Stuffing will be served as accompaniments, with Pecan Pie and Dario’s signature Olive Oil Cake to finish. For guests who would like to celebrate the holiday during the evening, the à la carte menu will be available from 6:00pm alongside a selection of Thanksgiving specials.

Christmas
Christmas Day will be a roast to remember, served as a sharing-style menu. Lunch will begin with a Homemade Sourdough Bread with roast chicken butter, then move through a Melanzane Fritte and a Short Rib Lasagna with bone marrow and smoked Scamorza. The main event will be Whole Roasted Rib Eye of Argentinian Angus beef with peppercorn sauce, alongside Roast Turkey Roulade with Dario sausage stuffing, fig, pine nuts and foie gras sauce. Carna Beef Fat Roast Potato, Sautéed Vegetables and Yorkshire Pudding & Gravy will fill the table, and Chocolate Mousse and Truffle Cheesecake with fresh winter truffle will close the meal.

New Year’s Eve
Carna will see out the year with two seatings, each served from an à la carte menu with special dishes created for the night. The first seating, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, will suit those who would like a relaxed, early dinner to celebrate the end of the year ahead of the midnight rush. The second seating, from 9:00pm, will bring a livelier evening, with live entertainment building towards midnight. Guests who want to watch the fireworks will be able to do so from the 69th floor terrace.

Fi’lia
A short lift ride from Carna, on the 70th floor, Fi’lia will welcome the season the Italian way, where hospitality means making every guest feel at home. Guests will be able to enjoy festive Italian classics alongside a gorgeous view of the Burj Khalifa.

Throughout December, group bookings will be available for lunch and dinner, with set menus offering a variety of starters, main courses and desserts.

Christmas
Guests will be able to book dinner on 24 and 25 December to enjoy Fi’lia’s Christmas Specials alongside their à la carte dishes, which include Insalata d’Inverno with goat cheese, beetroot, orange and pistachio, Gnocchi all’Astice con Caviale with lobster, stracciatella and Oscietra caviar, Tagliolini al Tartufo Bianco with seasonal white truffle, and Tacchinella Ripiena, a turkey rollatina in puff pastry with honey-glazed carrots and cranberry sauce, among other dishes. A Panettone trolley will be on hand for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner, running until 30 December with a 5kg panettone in two flavours.
For something heartier, the Christmas Brunch on 25 December will bring a 12-dish menu of Italian favourites, including Tagliere Misto, Insalata Endivia, Tuna Carpaccio and Bufala Parmigiana, followed by Pizza Salsiccia e Friarielli, Lumaconi Ricotta e Spinaci, Tortellini in Brodo and Merluzzo & Fregola. Desserts will include Pasticciotto Pugliese, the signature Il Fi’liamisu, and the seasonal panettone.

New Year’s Eve
When the clock strikes midnight, SLS Dubai’s unrivalled vantage point will place guests front and centre for the city’s spectacular fireworks display. Guests will be able to enjoy their last dinner of the year at Fi’lia and welcome 2027 with fireworks over the Burj Khalifa, with live entertainment setting the mood. Tables will be available indoors and outdoors, with window seats offering the best views.

Next door to Carna, Smoke & Mirrors will keep the party going long after dinner is over. The evening will bring a high-energy countdown with four hours of canapé pass-around, free-flowing selection of beverages and live entertainment, with the fireworks as the finale.

S Bar
Away from the dinner tables, S Bar offers a skyline views on the 71st floor for festive celebrations, including an Afternoon Tea designed for the holidays, and a New Year’s Eve party to ring in the new year.

In December, guests are invited to mark the month with a festive afternoon tea, set against views of Downtown Dubai, with live entertainment creating the festive atmosphere.

EllaMia
Guests can embark on the festive season on the ground floor at EllaMia, where Italian and French baking traditions take centre stage for Christmas and Galette des Rois.
Ideal for guests who would love to take the festivities home, the panettone will be the headline act from 7 December to 7 January with three different flavours to choose from in two different sizes. A Christmas dessert selection will follow from 14 December to 7 January, adding a Yule Log to pre-order, Gingerbread Cookie, Ginger House and two special bakery creations. The Galette des Rois, a buttery puff pastry with almond cream, will be served from 28 December to 7 January, available as individual portions or as a whole galette to pre-order.
From Fi’lia’s Italian feasts to Privilege’s rooftop countdown, SLS Dubai will give the season a proper send-off, with unique ways of celebrating the festive season and welcoming the new year.
