The brand-new Signature Tasting Menu, which promises an unrivaled culinary journey, exclusively available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Offering the perfect mid-week indulgence, this decadent dining experience invites guests to embark on a gastronomic adventure through time and flavor, stepping into a world where culinary artistry meets decadence.
Curated by Babylon’s expert culinary team helmed by ADDMIND’s Group Executive Chef, Carlos De Los Mozos, the Signature Tasting Menu is a symphony of flavors with each meticulously crafted course showcasing a harmonious fusion of classicism, heritage, and modernity. From delicately prepared seafood creations to succulent meat dishes, every plate is an exquisite work of art, reflecting Babylon’s unwavering commitment to culinary mastery.
The five-course tasting experience begins with a Bellini or mocktail on arrival, followed by an amuse-bouche of Padron Peppers and a selection of hors d’oeuvres including Seabass Usuzukuri; Wagyu Beef Tartare and Babylon Salad. The dining experience continues with Chilean Seabass Tempura and Warm Prawns, moving onto main courses of Miso Butter Wagyu Striploin and Morel Gnocchi, after which diners can conclude their feast with a signature Dessert Platter.
