Taking It Back To Where It All Began, Brunchology Is Back With a Luxury Look and Its Signature Bolli’ Pour

Having earned its formidable reputation as one of the city’s trendsetters, Brunchology at Yalumba is back for the al fresco season with a brand-new luxe look and sophisticated vibe. Staying true to its vintage heritage, add a little luxury to your weekend by snapping up a champagne-serve brunch at the celebrated venue with their renowned ‘Bolli brunch’, every Saturday, for just AED 525 per person.

THE BUBBLES

A perfect accompaniment to the indulgent European buffet and live cooking stations, the signature Bollinger pour is known for its golden color, distinctive of black grape varieties and very fine bubbles. Its loved for its beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, compote and peaches. A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet; pear, brioche and spicy aroma, complimented by notes of fresh walnut, the Special Cuvée pour is perfect shared among friends, for a simple and meaningful moment.

THE GASTRONOMY

The new luxe look, concepted by Nicholas Heaviside, Complex Director of F&B and his team, welcomes a fresh outdoor terrace space and themed culinary pop-up stations, supported by a decedent buffet-style offering and chic small plates for a taste of finesse flavours. 

Sunday roast? Pick up honey glazed pork leg, pork bangers or BBQ glazed pork ribs, while seafood aficionados can select the freshest catch from Seafood Market. Live stations will also cover Asian delicacies from Long Yin, hearty Italian pastas courtesy of Casa Mia and flavorsome Indian dishes, full of traditional aromas and spices. All perfect accompaniments to the premium Champagne pour.

THE VIBE

Listen to the soulful sounds of live contemporary jazz music performed by the restaurant’s resident musicians as they mix up the sounds of the 80’s and 90’s with all the current chart-topping favorites that will be sure to get you and your table up on the dancefloor.

Almost 17 years ago, in 2006, the first Yalumba brunch launched and pioneered the weekend legacy that the city is now celebrated for. Remaining true to its heritage, the new Brunchology concept promises exceptional food, plenty of bubbles and a ‘Bolli’ good time on the dance floor.
