Rolling Thursdays will feature a meticulously crafted menu combining traditional Japanese flavours with an innovative twist. For just AED 195, guests can indulge in an expertly prepared menu ranging from Crispy Rice and Tuna Cannoli to Salmon Nigiri, Shrimp Tempura rolls and Avocado Roll. The deliciously authentic dishes will be served up in the clouds on the 71st floor and perfectly complimented by city skyline views.
