FI’LIA WELCOMES RAMADAN WITH A CURATED MENU
The region’s first fully female-led restaurant embraces togetherness and heritage, reflecting the spirit of Ramadan

This Ramadan, Fi’lia at SLS Dubai invites guests to break their fast with a specially curated menu that beautifully blends Italian warmth with the cherished traditions of the Holy Month. Crafted by Chef Célia Stoecklin, the exclusive Ramadan offering pays homage to the art of sharing, featuring an exquisite selection of dishes inspired by both Italian and Middle Eastern flavours.
The thoughtfully curated sharing-style menu begins with an array of antipasti, including Italian Burrata with cucumber, fresh tomatoes, parsley, apples, pomegranate, and molasses, and the Cold Mezze with stuffed dates, labneh, houmous, baba ghanouj, and yoghurt cucumber, alongside a comforting Zuppa di Ceci, a warm chickpea soup with crispy onions and extra virgin olive oil. Guests can then savour the “primi piatti”, featuring hearty selections such as Pizza Al Salami E Mozzarella and Spaghetti All’Arabbiata.
For the mains, the delicious flavours of Pollo alla Griglia feature grilled baby chicken with orzo, caramelised onions, gremolata, and green olives, offering an Italian twist to Ramadan traditions. Ending on a sweet note, Fi’lia presents a reimagined take on a regional favourite, Kunafa e Pistachio, featuring delicate phyllo dough, gooey mozzarella, and a refreshing pistachio ice cream.

This Holy Month, Fi’lia honours tradition with a Ramadan menu designed to bring people together, blending familiar flavours with a nod to Italian culinary heritage while creating an experience that is both comforting and memorable.
