These intimate spaces are thoughtfully designed to host unforgettable gatherings, allowing guests to enjoy the full Cucina experience in a setting that feels like home. Enhancing the dining experience, Cucina now offers an extensive selection of set menu options with various set menu options available ranging from AED 180 to AED 320, as well as unique additions such as beer and wine on tap and a curated pork selection available within the private dining rooms.
Alongside these exciting new offerings, Cucina has also launched a series of hands-on cooking classes, giving guests the opportunity to dive into Italian culinary traditions under the guidance of expert chefs. These interactive sessions invite participants to master beloved Italian classics in a fun, welcoming environment that captures the spirit of Cucina’s Italian roots. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a culinary escape, guests will find these new experiences at Cucina to be a unique and memorable way to savor Italian hospitality and flavours.
Cucina’s Private Dining
Cucina now offers two stunning private dining spaces, The Chef’s Office and The Garden Room, alongside an option for more extensive gatherings within the main restaurant. These spaces allow guests to immerse themselves in a vibrant Italian atmosphere while enjoying an exclusive, customisable dining experience.
The Chef’s Office
Rustic, traditional, and brimming with creativity, The Chef’s Office is the ultimate creative corner where culinary magic unfolds. Seating up to 12 guests, this space acts like a test kitchen, unveiling the chef’s latest creations before they appear on the main menu. Diners can delight in being among the first to savour Chef innovative dishes, transforming dining into an artful experience.
The Garden Room
Alternatively, diners may book The Garden Room, a beautiful greenhouse-inspired space where farm-to-table takes on a new dimension – mere steps away from where Cucina’s produce is grown and harvested. This bright, airy space accommodates up to 14 guests around a huge communal table. Sustainability meets indulgence as guests engage in interactive experiences, while the culinary team plucks custom grown herbs and vegetables, crafting vibrant salads and pesto before your eyes.
The Restaurant
For those who relish the bustling ambiance of the restaurant, private dining within The Restaurant is also available. Amidst the lively atmosphere, guests can soak in the surroundings while enjoying a set menu. Accommodating up to 24 guests across two tables, The Restaurant captures the heart of Cucina The Palm’s neighbourhood Italian charm.
Cucina Cooking Classes
In addition to the new private dining offerings, Cucina has introduced interactive cooking classes designed for adults looking to explore the joy of Italian cooking. Available starting October, these classes invite participants to learn from the restaurant’s expert chefs, in a fun and engaging environment. Guests will be guided through traditional Italian techniques, such as making focaccia and crafting fresh pesto. Each session includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, followed by hands-on culinary instruction, and the opportunity to enjoy the dishes they’ve created.
