Michelin Bib-Gourmand awarded Bistro Aamara is delighted to announce the launch of its Aamara Bazaar Brunch menu, offering an enticing selection of their signature dishes. This menu, curated to capture the essence of the unique Silk Road menu that Bistro Aamara offers, boasts an impressive variety of dishes for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners. Diners will enjoy a wide array of bold flavours that take inspiration from Indian, Asian and Middle Eastern ingredients and dishes, reimagined in a uniquely Aamara fashion.

The Aamara Bazaar Brunch is available every Saturday from 12pm – 4pm, priced at AED 395 for soft beverages and AED 545 for house beverages including sparkling. The menu features a bountiful selection of Aamara’s most loved dishes, such as their Kazakh Samsa and Butter Chicken, with a wide array of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails to enjoy. Bistro Aamara offers diners a rare opportunity to enjoy Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded cuisine in true Dubai brunch style.

For Non-Vegetarians:

  • Start your meal with Bistro Aamara’s signature Kazakh Samsas and and savour the complex flavours of their Chicken Khao Suey Dumplings, Bistro Aamara Patatas Bravas and spicy Chicken Tikka Karaage.
  • Balance your plate with the refreshing Cucumber & Tender Coconut Salad and Quinoa & Citrus Fruits Salad with Toasted Chironji and Mandarin Jaggery Dressing.
  • A lavish spread of mains awaits with Butter Chicken, the show-stopping Seafood Bouillabaisse Malai Curry with pan-seared barramundi, scallops, prawns, clams, and mussels, and Lamb Korma.
  • Sides accompany your main courses, with aromatic Saffron or Jasmine Rice and a selection of breads, including Herbed Khamiri and Flaky Paratha.

For Vegetarians:

  • Begin with distinctive starters like the Coorgi Wild Mushroom Kazakh Samsa and Jackfruit Bao with Singapore Chili Glaze.
  • Mains include the luxurious Malai Kofta with saffron-spiced ricotta and the exotic Curried Butternut Squash Gnocchi complemented by persimmon, edamame and kaffir lime oil.

Beverages:

  • Wine lovers are well looked after, with a whopping SIX wines on offer, from New Zealand, South Africa, France, USA and Italy.
  • The drink selection is as dynamic as the food, featuring signature Bistro Aamara cocktails like the Siam Sunset (gin, lemongrass, kaffir lime) and refreshing mocktails such as the Pink Lemonade with pink dragon fruit and bubbles.
  • A gin trolley offers diners the opportunity to fully customise their G&T, with a choice of Gin, premium Franklin & Sons tonic, and a range of herbs and fruit garnishes.

Entertainment

  • Guests will enjoy performances inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of the bazaars of the Silk Road throughout the brunch.
