Aleksandra Mojse Success Story
Aleksandra Mojse is an Interior Designer with a Master’s in Architectural Lighting and Design Management. She was raised in Serbia, where she attended a specialized high school focused on interior design, finished her Bachelor’s degree, and started her career. Shortly after, she moved to Dubai, inspired by the city’s ambitious approach to architecture and design.
Aleksandra has worked for several international design studios handling projects across the Middle East spanning hospitality, F&B, commercial office, and healthcare. Her previous companies include HBA Group and, most recently, Ellington Group where she spent almost six years as a manager, developing multi-family residential buildings, exclusive villas and private residences.
Fueled by her passion for bringing out the best in spaces and people, Aleksandra established her company, Moy Design Studio, in 2023. Moy is a Dubai-based boutique interior design consultancy specializing in luxury interior design. Concentrating on delivering a highly personalized service, Aleksandra and her team immerse themselves in their clients’ vision, guiding them through the process to turn their dreams into reality and achieve outstanding results.
Moy is goal-oriented, passionate and committed to quality, values that are reflected in their projects. Their designs are thoughtfully integrated into each client’s broader vision for their interior environment. Regardless of the project type, they approach it with excitement and energy. The Moy team never does anything halfheartedly. Thinking things through and examining them from all angles is integral to who they are. As a result, they craft stunning luxury interiors that are comfortable, practical and timeless while staying on trend.
Becoming an entrepreneur was a natural step for Aleksandra, whose family business Mojse Jewelry is one of the oldest and most renowned jewelry shops in Novi Sad, Serbia. The business was founded by her grandfather in 1938. Its legacy was steadfastly carried forward by her father and now rests in the capable hands of her sister and her husband.
Being a lighting enthusiast, Aleksandra is inspired by the phrase ‘let there be light’ in several ways which play out in her work: light determines our perception, it is the light at the end of the tunnel, it offers freedom, and has the power to influence thoughts and feelings.
