Jewellery brand Parure Atelier and Alici restaurant are launching a special collaboration for Valentine’s Day.
From February 8th to March 7th, 2024, Alici will introduce a special dessert called “Seashell” to the menu.
The sweet shell is made of white chocolate, and cheese mousse and hazelnut crumble inside. Into the shell hides a silver pearl with white custard filling. However, two lucky guests who order the dessert from February 8th to March 7th will randomly receive a version with a special blue filling of butterfly pea flower, lavender gel, and the most valuable ingredient – a sapphire pendant from Parure Atelier.
The 18-carat white gold jewellery piece features a natural sapphire surrounded by white diamonds sparkling like the sea.
Anyone ordering the “Seashell” dessert stands a chance of winning another sapphire pendant in an Instagram giveaway on March 8.
