As we enter the joyous month of December, The Guild, Dubai’s answer to the brasseries of New York, is inviting guests to spend the last week of the year nestled within its enchanting interiors. With delectable feasts, captivating live entertainment and expertly concocted tipples awaiting on Christmas Eve and Day, as well as New Year’s Eve, The Guild promises a grand end to the year.

Visitors can celebrate the enchantment of Christmas Day with a festive lunch at noon or an indulgent evening feast starting from 6PM, both priced at AED 550 per person for a set menu. Diners can delve into five-courses boasting of hearty dishes such as the French Chicken Ballotine, served with fois gras and sweetened apple purée, followed by Porcini Mushroom Volute, and a fresh Canadian Lobster Tail, with beetroot purée and Kavairi caviar from The Rockpool. For a meaty main, guests can relish the Grilled Australian Wagyu Beef Striploin, or delight in a traditional Slow Cooked Turkey Breast, served with confit leg, oven brussel sprouts, chutney and turkey jus. The fifth and final course is set to sweeten the deal with a Gingerbread Spiced Sponge, alongside morello cherry cremeux, Valrhona chocolate and Speculaas ice cream. Those eager to kick off celebrations a night early can also enjoy this festive meal on Christmas Eve from 6PM.

The Guild invites partygoers to ring in the New Year with an exquisite celebration amidst the grandeur, where live entertainment from The Nurseries to The Aviary is set to make the night one to remember. With a decadent five-course meal to end off the year at AED 600 per person, guests can begin the evening with fresh seafood such as Canadian Lobster Salad and Roasted Hokkaido Scallop, served with creamed corn, chorizo and basil oil. To further delight the tastebuds, the third course features Black Winter Truffle Risotto, made with tarragon, and the fourth course showcases the richness of Grilled A5 Hyogo Kobe Beef, accompanied with celeriac, glazed shallots and age balsamic. To conclude, guests can savour the Millionaire Shortbread, elevated with espresso caramel and a touch of white truffle magic.

To complement this culinary journey, The Guild is offering curated New Year’s Eve drink packages with a three-hour offering, including a VC Champagne Package for AED 300 and a House Package at AED 250, while a selection of soft beverages will be available à la carte.

Diners looking for a more private affair can hideaway in the Ritz Room, The Guild’s private dining room perched above The Rockpool, overlooking the chefs work in the grandeur of The Salon. With a capacity to accommodate up to 16 guests, groups can gather for breakfast, lunch or dinner in unparalleled intimacy throughout the festive season.
