The Exceptional Chef Series with Victoria Blamey X BB Social Dining Abu Dhabi

Renowned for her captivating cuisine, Chef Victoria Blamey has garnered international acclaim and recognition from esteemed critics. The New York Times restaurant critic Pete Wells said “Ms. Blamey loads her dishes with more excitement than you will find in other new restaurants that are getting far more attention.”  Chef Blamey’s latest venture, Mena, a restaurant in TriBeCa, has been making waves with its innovative culinary creations, drawing inspiration from her Chilean upbringing and reinterpreting classic flavours in creative ways.

Chef Blamey will work with the Head Chef and Co-Founder of BB Social Dining Alexander Stumpf to create a sharing style menu that will bring both Chef’s innovations and techniques together, giving guests a truly unique experience. Home grown gem, BB Social Dining, beloved for its ode to Eastern cuisine, will showcase a twist on its regular offering whilst Chef Blamey will pull inspirations from her Chilean roots.
