RIVIERA BY JEAN IMBERT INTRODUCES NEW BUSINESS LUNCH MENU

Riviera by Jean Imbert, the French-Mediterranean restaurant nestled in the heart of Dubai at The Lana, Dorchester Collection and overlooking picturesque views of the Marasi Bay Marina with the city’s skyline being reflected on its crystal-clear waters, is introducing a new business lunch menu. Guests can enjoy a delicious three-course meal priced at AED 135 per person, available from Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 3 pm.

Led by the Michelin-starred chef, Chef Jean Imbert, the restaurant brings a slice of the vibrant South of France to Dubai. The venue, adorned in tranquil shades of blush, sage, blue and yellow, is a tribute to the chef’s rich heritage and travels along the sparkling Mediterranean coastline. Diners can indulge in a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring Chef Jean Imbert’s mouth-watering starters, signature main courses and indulgent desserts.

To start the meal, choose from three delectable options including Jacky’s gazpacho with mozzarella di bufala, Mum’s quinoa tabbouleh and Toasted focaccia with green beans, burrata and pistachios. For the mains, feast on Seabass fillet with fennel and barigoule jus, Tagliolini with zucchini sauce or Roasted chicken with a side of sauteed mushrooms and chicken jus. For a sweet finish, indulge in decadent desserts like Strawberry and mint baba, Iconic chocolate soufflé tartlet or a pick from a divine selection of freshly prepared ice creams and sorbets with flavours that are perfect to beat the summer heat such as Mascarpone, Lemon, Mango and many others.
