Bussola the well-loved authentic Italian dining spot at Destination Mina Seyahi, is thrilled to announce an exquisite one-night culinary experience with renowned Italian Chef Nicola Batavia in the kitchen.

Curating an exclusive 6-course degustation menu that promises an unforgettable journey through the flavors of Italy, Chef Batavia’s masterfully crafted dishes of veal tenderloin and red bell pepper, poached organic eggs with white truffle and bra toma cheese, carnaroli risotto, sanato beef cheek and a show stopping panna cotta dessert to name a few, that highlights Batavia’s talent of blending tradition with innovation.

Additionally, Chef Nicola, a maestro in the culinary world has created a limited time Piedmont menu available only until November 30th, that tantalize taste buds and elevate dining to new heights. Drawing on the regions truffle, Barolo wine, Castelmagno cheese to Piedmont nuts, each course is a symphony of flavors, highlighting the finest, locally sourced ingredients, and reflecting the chef’s passion for culinary artistry.

To complement this culinary spectacle, diners will enjoy the expertise of a skilled sommelier to curate a thoughtfully selected wine pairing for each course. The sommelier’s recommendations promise to enhance the dining experience, creating harmonious marriages between the dishes and the finest Italian wines.
