From 2 PM to 6 PM every Saturday, guests are invited to soak in the atmosphere of TATEL’s elegant interiors while indulging in the beloved sharing-style menu, expertly crafted by Head Chef Alejandro Maestro. The experience is enhanced with live music, vibrant performances, and an upbeat soundtrack from the resident DJ—setting the tone for an unforgettable afternoon with friends.
TATEL’s signature Brunch Entre Amigos remains the heart of the experience—designed for sharing, savouring, and socialising. The curated menu features boldly flavoured starters such as Calamar frito estilo Andaluz (Andalusian-style crispy squid), Croquetas de pollo (Chicken croquetas), Gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp), Ceviche de Lubina (Ceviche featuring sea bass marinated in leche de tigre with mango, sweet potato, and crispy ‘maizitos’), and a generous Tabla de embutidos y quesos con pan, offering a selection of fine Spanish cured meats and cheeses served with a variety of bread and sauces.
Guests can choose from indulgent main courses like the rich and creamy Arroz meloso de gambas (creamy seafood rice with shrimps served in the paella pan) or the perfectly cooked Solomillo de ternera con Chimichurri (beef tenderloin served with chimichurri and mashed potatoes).
To end on a sweet note, desserts are served family-style and are nothing short of irresistible. Highlights include Nuestra famosa tarta de queso – TATEL’s famed creamy Basque-style cheesecake with berry coulis, and the decadent Tarta de chocolate, a rich chocolate cake layered with ganache and served with a touch of sea salt for a perfect balance of flavour.
