MAKETTE expands its design language with its Small Leather Goods collection, a considered extension of the brand’s architectural universe. Comprising five sculptural styles, the collection translates the house codes of joinery and curvature into compact, tactile objects designed to clip, loop, and move seamlessly with the wearer.

Anchoring the collection is The Link, a connector neck piece shaped by early leathercraft closures and architectural joinery. Knotted, sliding, and adjustable through tension and ease, it is crafted in smooth and pebbled leathers and finished with a light gold ring, transforming small essentials into sculptural extensions of the body.
The Shim, a compact cardholder, references the first act of leatherwork, the cut, balancing clarity with softness through layered slots and organic lines. Designed for everyday access, its integrated loop allows it to function within MAKETTE’s modular system.

With The Vault, the wallet becomes interior architecture in miniature. Structured yet fluid, it opens to reveal deliberate compartments including card slots, a zipped pocket, and space for a phone, secured by magnetic closures and subtle gussets. External loops allow for transformation, converting it into a clutch or compact crossbody when paired with MAKETTE straps.
The Cast refines protection to its purest form. A sculpted sunglasses case with a whipstitched spine inspired by bamboo basketry, it balances firmness and flexibility while maintaining a fluid silhouette that echoes the brand’s handbags. Completing the offering, The Ply is a sculptural tassel that conceals a zipped interior beneath its wrapped exterior, playful yet practical and expressive yet disciplined.
Rendered in earthy, tonal palettes including Canon Duo, Ink Wood, Moss & Citron, Forest Trio, and Desert Trio, the collection reinforces MAKETTE’s philosophy. Accessories are not afterthoughts, but intentional
