In celebration of the festive season, Etro and Aimo e Nadia Milano are renewing their partnership, first established in 2023 with the Panettone, adding the Pandoro. Both treats have been crafted by Chefs Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini of the Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia’.

THE PANDORO

The Pandoro, a classic Christmas cake from Verona, is soft and delicate, shaped like a star, and made with full respect of the traditional recipe. The intensity of the Tahiti vanilla is combined with the cocoa butter to obtain a cake that is golden to the eye and soft to the palate.

THE PANETTONE

The Christmas cake par excellence is made according to the philosophy that has always distinguished the cuisine of Aimo e Nadia based on the enhancement of local raw materials. For the production of the Panettone, flours from selected mills in Basilicata are used, which, together with a leavening time of 72 hours, contribute to the softness and soft crunchiness of the leavened product

The Pandoro and Panettone will be presented in an elegant satin-finished metal box in shades of magenta and pink on a gold background for the Pandoro and blue and gold for the Panettone.

They will be available on Etro.com and aimoenadia.com, in the most important Etro Boutiques in Europe, USA and Asia, in the restaurants of the Aimo e Nadia Group and at selected retailers worldwide
