For two weeks from the 1st to the 15th of April, guests will be immersed in an elegant dining experience at the Japanese fine-dining restaurant, set against breathtaking views of Dubai skyline.
In Japan, the arrival of Sakura season signals a time of reflection and joy where Hanami gatherings bring people together, to savour nature’s fleeting splendour. Embracing this cherished tradition, Armani/Hashi has crafted an exclusive six-course set menu that pays homage to the elegance and essence of spring.
The experience begins with Japanese Crispy Tuna, enhanced with Truffle, Caviar, and Jalapeno, followed by an artistically presented Sushi & Sashimi Platter and Sakura Ebi Kaki-age, featuring Kisu Tempura with Tendashi Sauce. The Robata course highlights Hokkaido Scallop with Spicy Shiso Butter, while the Teppan course presents Saroma Wagyu MB 9+ Striploin, served with Mixed Pickled Vegetables and Tare Sauce. To conclude, a Yuzu Granita cleanses the palate before serving the finale, Sakura Cherry Blossom Cake, celebrating the flavours of spring.
