Boghossian launches NEW Summer creations

Inlay Summer Collection

With summer just around the corner, Boghossian has introduced a series of vibrant new colours to its Inlay collection.

Citrine and Green Tourmaline pieces join the celebrated Inlay Shine series, Rock Crystal perfectly complementing each of the precious gemstones exquisitely inlaid in the centre of the crystal drop.

The Inlay Reveal collection sees the addition of Citrine & Eosite and Green Tourmaline & Malachite earrings, pendants and rings, as well as a beautiful Morganite and Pink Opal ring. In each of these intricate creations, an opaque hardstone uncovers a faceted coloured gemstone at its heart.

The Inlay collection is a dazzling example of Boghossian’s ability to translate ancient inspirations into sophisticated contemporary treasure. Centuries ago, craftspeople along the Silk Road perfected the technique of inlay. In Ancient Egypt and India alike, marble was inlaid alongside vibrant hardstones and mother-of-pearl to create art and architecture of shimmering splendour. Throughout the Taj Mahal, majestic inlaid artwork depicts the colourful blooms of India.

Boghossian’s Inlay collection pays homage to these stylised floral motifs, breathing contemporary new life into the traditional skill. Masterfully cut pear-shaped and oval-shaped gemstones represent the petals and leaves of Mughal art.

With a signature blend of Eastern inspiration and innovative craftsmanship, Boghossian revives the ancient Art of Inlay for new generations to admire. Each piece is the result of meticulous craftsmanship; gemstones are painstakingly carved by skilled lapidarists to fit together seamlessly.
