Previously available primarily through its mobile app, Yaya can now be accessed directly via desktop or mobile web, allowing customers to choose the experience that best suits their individual needs and preferences.
The launch creates a fully connected Yaya experience, with customers able to access the same profiles, features and functionality whether using web or the app. One Yaya account works seamlessly across both, meaning customers can begin their search online and subsequently download the app, or move between the two, without creating a new account or starting their search again.
The web experience also includes Yaya AI, the brand’s recently launched AI powered search functionality, which allows families to describe what they are looking for in their own words and discover relevant nanny profiles in a more intuitive and personalised way. Yaya AI is available across both web and app, reflecting the company’s continued investment in technology and AI to simplify and enhance the childcare search journey.
