H.E. Salama Ajlan Al Ameemi, Director General of the Family Care Authority, said: On Emirati Women’s Day, observed this year under the theme “Together, We Emerge Stronger and Better,” we celebrate an inspiring journey shaped by the ambition and dedication of Emirati women, and their enduring role in strengthening family stability, fostering social cohesion, and actively contributing to the future of our nation. This year’s theme reflects the strength, determination, and ability of Emirati women to turn challenges into opportunities and aspirations into achievements.

Guided by the vision of our wise leadership and inspired by the remarkable legacy of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Nation,” Emirati women continue to make a meaningful impact across all areas of development. They contribute with distinction to the UAE’s progress while playing a pivotal role in building stable and cohesive families.
At the Family Care Authority, we believe that supporting and empowering women is an investment in family stability and community prosperity. With this in mind, we remain committed to providing specialised and proactive services that respond to the needs of family members throughout different stages of life, empowering them to navigate challenges and build more stable and fulfilling family lives.
On this occasion, we celebrate every Emirati woman who has turned her ambition into strength, her dedication into impact, and her achievements into a source of inspiration for future generations. Emirati women will continue to be essential partners in our nation’s development journey and in building cohesive families and a more prosperous society, as together, we emerge stronger and better.
