Gerbou, a proud homegrown concept located in Nad Al Sheba, and a leading destination for reimagined Emirati cuisine, is set to participate in the 13th edition of Dubai Restaurant Week 2026. Taking place from Friday, May 1st until Sunday, May 17th, the highly anticipated culinary event invites the city’s diners to discover some of its top restaurants.

To celebrate the occasion, the exceptionally talented culinary team at Gerbou, led by Chef Ninad Salvi, has curated two exclusive set menus that showcase the restaurant’s signature dishes, each bursting with vibrant flavours and bold textures that tell the rich culinary heritage of the region.

For lunch, guests can enjoy a two-course menu, with the option of a starter and main or a main and dessert. Starters include Feta & Pistachio Dip served with homemade mushroom crackers; Fattoush Smash, tossed with aromatic Mediterranean herbs and zesty dressing; or a rich Lamb Ragout. Moving on to mains, options include Chicken Arseeyah, a comforting dish topped with golden fried onions and a dollop of ghee; Vegetable Salona, a hearty tomato-based stew; or Gerbou’s signature Chicken Machboos. To end the meal on a sweet note, diners can savour a decadent slice of Chocolate Cake or  Aseeda Loaf, delicately infused with cardamom, saffron and rose water, served alongside a creamy Aseeda Bobar sauce, all for the price of AED 125 per person.

For dinner, the three-course menu, priced at AED 250 per person, offers a more indulgent experience. Guests can begin the meal with mouthwatering starters such as Kunafa Prawns with garlic aioli; Meat Arayes paired with pickled radish salad and sumac tarator; or a classic Date Salad. For the main course, diners can choose between Chicken Margooga, a traditional Emirati dish; Grilled Cauliflower, served on a bed of smoky yogurt; or a Mix Grill, featuring wagyu kebabs, chicken malai tikka, Emirati chicken tikka, and lamb kofta. As no trip to Gerbou is complete without a sweet treat, options include Date Cake soaked in date syrup, Sago Pudding or the ever-popular Logaimat.
