The ELIE SAAB H&M collection will include a special bridal gown and veil, crafted by Mr Saab to embody the glamour and elegance of his house. Cut in a mermaid shape, with luxurious layers of fabric, a long and dramatic train at the back, and a twisting off-the-shoulder top, it is both sensual and refined, classic and contemporary. Both the construction and surface of the dress are meticulous: it is corseted and comes with a delicate mesh panel with embroidered glass beads and sequins at the back of the corset, adding a moment of sparkle and sheerness. The dress can be styled with a special bridal accessory: an ornate floor-length veil, crafted in mesh with all-over hand-embroidered floral motifs, accented with tone-on-tone beads and sequins. Like all the ELIE SAAB H&M collection pieces, it is an immediate collector’s item, designed with Saab’s signature preciousness and longevity, and intended to be worn, treasured and beloved.
