The multi-course menu brings together dishes inspired by Aleppo, reimagined in signature Orfali Bros style
Orfali Bros introduces Aromas of Aleppo, a new Sunday lunch menu bringing together dishes rooted in the flavours and food traditions of Aleppo, priced at AED 295 per person.

The multi-course experience begins with a generous opening act – The Feast. Created around dishes designed to be shared and enjoyed together, The Feast features a selection of hummus, muhammara, kibbeh nayeh and tomato salad, served alongside a selection of house-made breads.
Roots follows (Aleppo chilli paste, tomato, puffed burghul and shiso leaves), a dish that heralds Aleppo chilli alongside tomato and burghul, finished with fresh shiso.
For the main course, Kibbeh Mashwieh (walnuts, bone marrow and cucumber yogurt dip) continues the brothers’ exploration of one of the dishes most closely connected to their Syrian roots.

To finish, guests can choose Haytaliyeh (milk curd, burnt syrup and mastic ice cream) or select their preferred Orfali Bros dessert from the restaurant’s display.
Alongside the AED 295 menu, a selection of Orfali Bros signatures can be added individually. Corn Bomb (all about corn, 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano and huitlacoche) is available for AED 25, while Caviar Bun (smetana and caviar) is priced at AED 109.
Guests can also add the Aleppo Street Bun (sujuk, toum, pickled haskorieh peppers and beef coppa) for AED 55, or Kebab Bel Karaz (Wagyu kebab, sour cherry, parsley, pine nuts and cinnamon) for AED 75.
A non-alcoholic pairing, composed of three beverages, is available for an additional AED 80.
Available only on Sundays, Aromas of Aleppo is priced at AED 295 per person.
