Al Maha, A Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa introduces a new Work Retreat Experience, a full-day offering available Monday to Thursday from 10am to 6pm, priced at AED 1,000 per person. Set within the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, just one hour from the city, the offering invites guests to step away from the pace of daily life and into a private desert setting designed for focus and uninterrupted work.

Surrounded by sweeping dunes and free-roaming wildlife, the award-winning desert sanctuary offers a rare environment where time slows, and attention sharpens. Designed for those who lead, create and make decisions, the experience reimagines the traditional workspace through silence, privacy and openness, allowing ideas to take shape with greater clarity.

Available as a private day retreat, the experience is centred around the Private Bedouin Villa with uninterrupted views of the surrounding dunes. The villa provides a tranquil space for deep work, quiet reflection or small meetings, complete with a temperature-controlled pool and heritage-inspired interiors that reflect the spirit of the region. Suited to executive strategy days and independent work, the day retreat unfolds in a calm and quiet environment where ideas can develop naturally.

Throughout the day, guests are offered unlimited filtered water, coffee and tea. A three-course set lunch is included, served either at Al Diwaan or within the comfort of the villa, with menus shaped by seasonal ingredients and refined regional flavours. High-speed Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity, while access to the infinity pool, spa and fitness facilities, and the surrounding desert landscape offers moments to pause and reset between periods of focused work.
