My career has always been about one thing: building and scaling businesses in complex, fast-moving environments.
I started my journey in regional leadership roles at Bayt.com, where I managed multi-market operations and learned how to lead teams, own P&L, and execute strategy on the ground. That foundation shaped how I approach growth—practical, data-driven, and people-focused.
At Souq.com, later acquired by Amazon, I stepped into e-commerce at scale. As General Manager, I focused on driving online growth, enhancing customer experience, and building strong digital operations in a highly competitive market.
From there, my path evolved into senior leadership roles across global organizations. At DJI, I led operations across the GCC, aligning sales, marketing, and distribution strategies. At Jollychic, I helped scale fintech capabilities as Chief Commercial Officer, building partnerships and driving profitability from launch to growth.
Fintech became my core focus. At Opay and later Bybit, I worked on expanding into new markets, building strategic partnerships, and navigating regulatory environments while driving growth.
As Chief Commercial Officer at Paytiko and Payonet, I led global expansion and delivered 100% year-on-year revenue growth—strengthening payment infrastructure and positioning the business as a market leader.
Today, as CEO of a DFSA-regulated entity, I operate at the intersection of innovation, regulation, and strategy. I lead expansion across payments, remittances, and digital financial services, while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational resilience.
Across my career, I’ve driven significant growth, improved profitability, reduced costs, and built scalable, compliant organizations. But what matters most to me is building businesses that last—not just fast growth, but responsible growth.
I believe the future of fintech belongs to leaders who can balance ambition with discipline—those who can scale innovation while maintaining trust.
And that’s exactly the journey I continue to build.
