I set out to solve a problem I kept seeing in my clinic every single day

I didn’t set out to build a brand

I set out to solve a problem I kept seeing in my clinic every single day.

As a Gynecologist with experience of 36 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside women through some of the most important phases of their lives; Puberty, Fertility, Pregnancy, and Menopause. But over the years, I began to notice a pattern that deeply concerned me. Women were showing up not just with physical symptoms, but with exhaustion, burnout, anxiety, weight struggles, poor sleep, and a quiet but powerful sense of losing themselves. Their reports were often “normal,” yet they didn’t feel well. And somewhere between clinical protocols and quick consultations, their deeper needs were getting missed.

That realization was the seed for Reset by Dr Rajul.

My journey into integrative medicine was not a sudden shift, it was a response. A response to the limitations I experienced within conventional practice when it came to chronic hormonal imbalances. I started asking more questions. Why were so many women in their 30s and 40s feeling this way? Why were we normalizing fatigue, mood swings, and metabolic changes as “just part of life”? And most importantly what could we do better?

I began to explore beyond prescriptions. Nutrition, gut health, stress physiology, sleep, lifestyle rhythms, and emotional wellbeing, these were not “extras,” but essential missing pieces. The more I learned, the more I realized that hormone health is not isolated. It is deeply interconnected with how a woman lives, eats, rests, and copes.

Alongside this, another dimension of my work began to evolve, one that is often overlooked but deeply important to a woman’s sense of self: Aesthetic Gynaecology.

In my practice, I saw that many women carried silent discomforts, changes after childbirth, aging-related concerns, or issues that affected their confidence, intimacy, and body image These were not always spoken about openly, yet they had a significant impact on how women felt in their own bodies. Integrating aesthetic gynecology into my work was not about vanity, it was about restoring comfort, confidence, and dignity.

It complemented my philosophy beautifully. Because true wellness is not only about internal balance, but also about how a woman experiences herself, physically, emotionally, and intimately. Addressing these concerns in a safe, respectful, and medically sound way became an important part of the care I offer.

But building this holistic approach came with its own challenges.

One of the biggest was shifting mindsets both mine and my patients’. As doctors, we are trained to diagnose and treat, often within time constraints. Slowing down, listening deeper, and addressing root causes required a different kind of practice. It meant longer conversations, more personalized care, and sometimes going against the quick-fix expectations many patients had.

There was also the challenge of credibility. Integrative medicine and aesthetic gynecology, despite being evidence-informed and impactful, are sometimes misunderstood. Bridging the gap between science, wellness, and sensitive conversations required me to stay grounded in research while communicating with empathy and clarity.

And then there was the challenge every woman understands, balancing roles. Being a doctor, a founder, and a woman navigating life’s many demands, while continuing to show up consistently for others.

But every challenge reinforced my purpose.

Reset by Dr Rajul was born out of this vision to create a space where women feel heard, understood, and supported beyond their symptoms. It is not just a program or a protocol; it is a philosophy. A belief that women deserve to feel energized, emotionally balanced, confident in their bodies, and connected to themselves at every stage of life.

One of my greatest achievements has been witnessing this transformation in real lives. Women who came in feeling depleted begin to regain their energy. Women who felt “off” start understanding their bodies again. And women who quietly struggled with intimate concerns begin to reclaim their confidence and comfort.

Through workshops, consultations, and community conversations, I have also had the opportunity to expand this impact beyond the clinic. Talking about hormone health in workplaces, creating awareness for both women and men, and normalizing conversations around menopause, stress, burnout, and intimate wellbeing has been incredibly fulfilling. Because true change doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens when awareness spreads.

Another meaningful milestone has been creating nutrition guides, and educational content, that empower women to take charge of their health in a sustainable and practical way.

If I had to define success in this journey, it wouldn’t be in numbers or titles. It would be in trust. The trust women place in me when they open up, not just about their symptoms, but about how they truly feel.

Reset by Dr Rajul is still evolving, just like every woman it serves. But at its core, it will always remain rooted in one simple intention; to help women reset, reconnect, and reclaim their health, their confidence, and their sense of self with knowledge, compassion, and care.

And for me, this is just the beginning.
