The beloved weekend ritual returns with new dishes, flowing drinks, and stunning sea views
SHI, the contemporary Asian dining destination on Bluewaters Island, is bringing back its much-loved Dynasty Brunch with an elevated menu of new dishes and signature favourites. Taking place every Saturday and Sunday, the three-hour experience offers guests the choice of two timings to opt for, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, while enjoying signature dishes, flowing drinks, and sea views in a vibrant, welcoming setting.
The refreshed brunch unfolds with light bites of Edamame and Baby Spinach with Yuzu-Miso before moving into a colourful Sushi Signature Platter of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail sashimi alongside favourites such as the California roll, Spicy Sake roll, and Goma Dragon roll.
A hand-picked selection of dim sum follows, featuring Prawn Har Gau, Black Truffle Chicken & Quail Egg Siu Mai, Mixed Mushroom Dumplings, Snow Crab Dumplings, and Chicken & Coriander Dumplings. Guests can also enjoy SHI’s much-loved Peking Duck Rolls, perfectly wrapped in pancakes with hoisin sauce, cucumber, leek, and sweet melon.
For mains, guests can savour a mix of refreshed favourites and comforting classics, including Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, Spicy Tiger Prawns, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Sanpei Chilean Seabass, paired with either Wok Wild Rice or Baby Bok Choi. A Signature Dessert Platter rounds off the afternoon on a sweet note.
Drinks play a starring role at Dynasty Brunch, with packages that include wines, house spirits, beers, creative cocktails, and non-alcoholic “Innocent Drinks.” Guests opting for the premium package can enjoy Laurent Perrier Brut NV and Hakutsuru Junmai Daiginjo, making the brunch experience even more special.
Packages start from AED 325 per person for non-alcoholic beverages, AED 450 for house-pouring beverages, and AED 650 for premium options.
