Now available every day of the week, Riviera’s Business Lunch offers a refined midday experience that blends efficiency with indulgence, ideal for everything from team lunches to client meetings or a leisurely weekend treat.
Diners can enjoy a curated three-course menu priced at AED 135 per person, featuring starters such as Quinoa Tabbouleh or Signature Tuna Tartare, mains like Seabream with asparagus and vierge sauce or Marengo Beef Cheek with creamy polenta, and desserts including Vanilla Crème Brûlée or the show-stopping Chocolate Soufflé Tartlet.

As the sun begins to set, Riviera transforms into the perfect setting for a memorable evening with its newly launched Dinner Set Menu. Priced at AED 155 per person, the menu has been carefully curated to reflect the refined simplicity and warmth of the South of France.
Start with delicious entrées like Veal Tonnato with Jean Imbert’s signature sauce or Burrata with confit capsicums. Mains include comforting Tomato Risotto, Grilled Octopus with spinach pesto, or Flank Steak with potato purée. End on a sweet note with the rich 100% Chocolate Bowl, a classic Vanilla Crème Brûlée, or the light and vegan Red Fruits & Pistachio Verrine. A glass of wine may be added for AED 55 to elevate the meal.

The new à la carte summer menu at Riviera introduces a vibrant selection of dishes designed to celebrate the season’s freshest ingredients. Ideal for those who prefer to craft their own dining experience, the updated offering invites guests to explore an array of flavours in a relaxed yet refined setting.
Starters such as Burrata Tomatoes and the classic Caesar Salad served tableside with a twist, enhancing the guest experience, set the tone with bright acidity and creamy richness. For mains, the Baby Chicken with Diablo Sauce brings bold, smoky notes, balanced with tender meat. To end, the Strawberry Tart delivers the ideal summer dessert, light, fruity, and subtly sweet.
