Available Monday to Friday from 6 PM to 7 PM until November end, this new evening experience reimagines the restaurant’s much-loved Business Lunch, serving the same masterfully crafted dishes in a relaxed twilight setting.

Tucked within the iconic The Opus by OMNIYAT, Maison Dali is where surrealism meets sophistication, blending Mediterranean warmth with Japanese precision under the culinary direction of three-Michelin-starred Chef Tristin Farmer. Its interiors, inspired by Salvador Dalí’s whimsical world, create a captivating canvas for conversation and creativity.
The Early Dinner serves up a taste of Maison Dali’s most celebrated creations through a two-course menu priced at AED 130 and a three-course experience for AED 165. The curated selection begins with exquisite starters that embody Maison Dali’s philosophy of elevated simplicity, including Pumpkin Bravas with crème fraîche and olive oil, Seabream Carpaccio with apricot and fennel, Grilled Prawns with fermented kohlrabi and nori, and a delicate Veal & Endive Salad with persimmon and walnut. Guests seeking indulgence can also enjoy luxurious add-ons such as Wagyu Tartare with bone marrow and wasabi or The Dali Salad with pistachio and feta.

The main courses continue the celebration of flavour and artistry, featuring Parmesan Rigatoni with truffle dashi and black pepper, Ginger Miso Cod with yuzu and star anise, Chicken Kiev with Tokyo turnip and horseradish, and Lamb Rump with Calabrian chilli ragù and mint. Optional upgrades include Pepper Sirloin Steak with bone marrow and grain mustard or Lobster Thermidor, available as a half or whole serving.
To complement the meal, diners can select from carefully crafted sides such as Garlic Bread with parmesan and ramson, Grilled Broccolini with ginger dressing, Burnt Tomato Salad with Dali sriracha and coriander, or the rich Truffle Mash topped with crispy potato skin.
