Dishes move from light starters such as crispy calamari or smoky aubergine dip to mains including blackened salmon, slow-braised beef ragu with pappardelle, or charred harissa cauliflower. Desserts feature a playful s’mores plate, a rose and yuzu pavlova, or a kaffir lime tart.
