This March, The St. Regis Downtown Dubai is offering a special Afternoon Tea at Ginori Terrace for the whole month in celebration of International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day. The experience celebrates mothers, mentors, and women who nurture, inspire, and empower, with every item on the menu crafted with elegance, creativity, and flavor; designed to create special moments throughout the entire month – extending the celebration beyond a single day.
The menu begins with savory delights such as Crab and Avocado Tartlet that includes king crab, salmon roe, and dill leaves; Butternut & Ricotta Tart with maple-toasted candy butternut, ricotta basil mousse, and chervil; Pastrami with Ruffle featuring smoked beef, chia roll, and truffle cream; Heirloom Zucchini Sandwich with balsamic gel, citrus cream, and basil cress; and Salmon Tramezzino with cream cheese, smoked salmon, caviar, and micro greens.
Guests can also indulge in sweet creations like the delicate Rose Pastry with strawberry and vanilla notes, the Spring Tartelette with confit rhubarb and vanilla cream, the elegant Mango-Coconut Delight with fresh mango and lime coulis, the Pistachio Flower Kunafa Cake with raspberry gel, and freshly baked Plain & Cranberry Scones served with Cornish clotted cream and jam. To share, there are mini rose macarons and hazelnut chocolate hearts, rounding off a truly indulgent experience.
Available daily from 2pm to 6pm, guests can select packages that include Coffee and Tea for AED 250 per person, Innocent Bubbles for AED 250 per person and Bubbles for AED 320 per person, making for an elegant celebration for both occasions.
