The futuristic Mediterranean-Asian restaurant unveils a refined seasonal experience celebrating the coveted white truffle

Zenon Dubai, the contemporary dining destination at Kempinski Central Avenue in Downtown Dubai, unveils its exclusive White Truffle Menu this autumn, offering diners a rare opportunity to savour one of the world’s most sought-after delicacies. 

Available à la carte from October 20 to November 30, 2025, the seasonal menu is a celebration of the fleeting white truffle season — a time when the prized ingredient, found primarily in Italy’s Piedmont region, takes centre stage in fine dining kitchens around the  world.

Crafted by Head Chef Thomas Papas, Zenon’s White Truffle Menu pays homage to the ingredient’s unmistakable aroma and depth, reimagined through the restaurant’s signature blend of Mediterranean sophistication and Asian precision.

The culinary journey begins with the Red Sea Bream Crudo, a refreshing starter featuring cauliflower cream, soy mirin dressing, and delicate shavings of white truffle — a dish that perfectly marries freshness with earthy opulence.

The King Crab Thermidor follows as a luxurious reinterpretation of a French classic, featuring creamy white sauce, pickled shallots, chives, and parsley, elevated by the depth of shaved white truffle.

For pasta lovers, the Handmade Fettuccini Pasta offers a sublime combination of light truffle butter emulsion and red prawn tartare, finished with generous truffle shavings — a harmony of sea and earth.

The star of the menu, Wagyu Beef & Foie Gras Rossini with White Truffle, epitomizes indulgence with A5 Wagyu medallion, seared foie gras, truffle-teriyaki glaze, and charred vlita.

To conclude, the White Truffle Sabayon delivers an exquisite finale — tonka bean ice cream paired with sabayon cream and the unmistakable fragrance of white truffle.
