Guests may choose between two experiences:
- The Signature Omakase Full Course (AED 1000 per person), a comprehensive ten-course tasting designed to highlight a full spectrum of flavor, technique, and craftsmanship.
- The Omakase Short Course (AED 750 per person), a refined yet succinct journey through seasonal highlights and culinary precision.
While the exact menu remains undisclosed, in keeping with the spirit of Omakase, guests can expect a harmonious progression of textures and temperatures: perhaps a delicately steamed custard to start, followed by hand-formed sushi, charcoal-grilled delicacies, and soul-warming broth. No two evenings are exactly the same, and that is the beauty of it.
To elevate the journey further, beverage pairings – both alcoholic (AED 500) and non-alcoholic (AED 300),are available, thoughtfully matched to complement the flow of the meal with subtle nuance.
