Available Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm, the four-course vegetarian or non-vegetarian business lunch begins with Zaa’tar Pav and pindi chana hummus, followed by a choice of two starters such as Kale Salad with pomelo and citrus dressing, Vegetable Momos, Paneer Tikka, Grilled Prawns, Chicken Momos, or Lamb Galouti. A refreshing passion fruit sorbet precedes the mains, where guests may select from Tandoori Soya Chaap in makhani gravy, Gol Hatti Palak Chole, jeera aloo, Smoked Chicken Tikka in onion-tomato roast gravy, or Hot Pot Mutton Curry with stewed potato, all served with Dal Makhani and assorted breads.
To conclude, desserts include Aam Sutra with coconut rasmalai, Cherry blossom brownie with vanilla ice cream, or Stuffed Gulab Jamun with rabri.
