UPAYA x Sohum Coffee Party – Every Saturday
The month begins with the UPAYA, a weekly sober social taking place every Saturday from 4 – 7 PM. With immersive music, a boho-chic crowd and a Boiler Room-style vibe, it’s a soulful gathering designed for community connection. Expect a blend of afro house, tech house and party beats from the guest DJ, a brand new matcha menu to choose from and an atmosphere that is certain to bring a lively energy to the weekend. With tickets at just AED 150 for early bird bookings, or AED 200 at the door, including a speciality coffee or matcha, be sure not to miss out on the next edition taking place June 14th, with limited availability.
New Moon Ceremony – Tuesday 25th June
The New Moon Ceremony invites guests into an evening of guided release and lunar intention-setting for AED 262.50. Unwind for an evening of inner renewal under the Full Moon through the magic of sound and release any built-up emotional tension as SOHUM Wellness Sanctury’s team of experienced therapists guide guests through a scared fire ceremony to reconnect with one’s inner self.
Symphony of Healers – Sunday 15th June
SOHUM will host the third in its successful series of Symphony of Healers. This open invite event features various wellness practitioners that offer a varying range of 8-10 healing modalities and spiritual exploration, including sound therapy, guided meditation, energy work, and more.
Sound Healer Teacher Training – Saturday to Sunday 28th-29th June
Those looking to deepen their practice can join the Sound Healing Teacher Training, with Level 1 and 2 held on June 14th–15th, and Level 3 and 4 on June 28th–29th for AED 3,150. Guests who partake, will earn a certification to be a Sound Healer, Sound Therapist and Sound Bath Facilitator in just two days.
Development Class with Mr Lee – Every Sunday
Other weekly highlights include the Development Class with Mr. Lee every Sunday for a powerful journey into intuition discovery at just AED 210. This class is designed to unlock one’s inner gifts and elevate their abilities to become the best version of themselves.
Pyramid Sound Healing – Every Saturday
Pyramid Sound Healing & Journaling is one for those who want to try something new and connect with their deepest chakras. Inside the pyramid, crystal frequencies and guided meditation will help guests realign their chakras, while deep journaling uncovers the emotional layers within. Tune in, release and restore from root to crown, every Saturday evening for AED 210.
Summer Solstice Ceremony – Saturday 21st June
The Summer Solstice Ceremony on June 21st presents SOHUM Wellness Sanctuary as a sacred space to honour the longest day of the year through ritual and sound. As the sun reaches its highest arc in the sky, gather with like-minded individuals to honour its golden glow, and feel the radiant fire that it sparks within the soul. With prices starting at just AED 262.50 for early bird bookings until 15th June, before a price increase to AED 300, expect a sacred celebration of renewal, intention, and soul sound.
Candle Making Workshop – Sunday 22nd June
On June 22nd, creativity takes centre stage with a Candle-Making Workshop in collaboration with Kinza Studio for just AED 275. The afternoon includes the making of a personalised, scented soy wax candle, a complimentary beverage and a nourishing dish from TAAMA’s plant-based innovative menu.
