A month-long culinary initiative supporting breast cancer research through specially curated menu items
SHI Hospitality Group, the visionary brand behind SHI , MOLI and MEI is proud to announce its participation in the Pink Octobercampaign, supporting breast cancer awareness and research throughout the month of October.

From 1st to 31st October, SHI Hospitality Group will be supporting the efforts of Al Jalila Foundation, in collaboration with the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD), by raising funds for vital breast cancer research.
As part of the initiative, each SHI Hospitality restaurant will feature a specially curated starter, main course, dessert, and mocktailon their menus. 10% of the revenue generated from these highlighted dishes will be donated directly to Al Jalila Foundation, contributing to their efforts in advancing breast cancer treatment and research in the UAE.
To further raise awareness, these menu items will be clearly marked with the pink ribbon symbol, and supported by the official campaign banner provided by Al Jalila Foundation.
At SHI, guests can have Snow crab as a starter, Wok seared Guiling lobster for the main dishe, teddy for the sweet part along with a mocktail Kalamansi mandarin yuzu kumquat.
At Moli, it will be spicy eggplant and vegetable shanghai dumpling for starter, followed by chicken with black bean sauce and ending with coffee profiteroles, the overall with a shenlong mocktail.
For MEI, guests will start with Salmon Rice cake, Whole lobster with black been sauce for the main and Pavlova as a dessert with Zanko mocktail.
