General Terms & Conditions
Class Cancellations and No-Shows
REVIVE operates a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel at least 12 hours in advance either by logging into your profile or by contacting us at +971 52 674 1822. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or missing a class without notice more than twice will result in an AED 150 no-show fee, charged to the credit card saved on your account for each subsequent occurrence.
Studio Etiquette
Grip socks are mandatory during all classes for hygiene and safety reasons. These can be purchased at either studio.
Membership Use
Credits and class bookings are non-transferable. Clients are not allowed to share memberships or send someone else in their place.
