The new year opens a fresh chapter at Belgian Beer Café at Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai, with the much-loved sports bar introducing a new menu from January 1, available daily from 12 noon to 3 am.
Designed as an evolution rather than a reinvention, the new menu stays true to Belgian Beer Café’s roots while introducing refined flavours, updated classics, and thoughtfully curated pairings. Guests can expect a generous spread that celebrates unfussy Belgian cuisine, where comfort dishes meet depth of flavour and every plate is crafted to complement the café’s extensive Belgian hops selection.
The menu leans into what the café does best: generous flavours, relaxed dining and dishes made to pair effortlessly with Belgian brews. Highlights include the Belgian Platter, a crowd-pleasing spread of chicken sliders, bitterballen, crispy calamari, cheese croquettes, garlic shrimp and Belgian fries; the Charcuterie Board featuring Belgian Van Tricht cheeses, cold cuts and house accompaniments; and the much-loved Moules Marinières, served classic, in garlic cream, white wine and cream, or bold options such as Thai green curry and Roquefort.
Comfort-led mains anchor the menu with dishes like Belgian Traditional Beef Stew, slow-cooked in Leffe Brune, Steak Frites with your choice of sauce, Veal Schnitzel, and Chicken & Mushroom Vol Au Vent. Seafood lovers can opt for Fish & Chips, Crispy Skin Salmon Fillet, or chargrilled Tiger Prawns with garlic and citrus notes.
The menu also caters to sharing and lighter dining, with favourites such as Cheese Croquettes, Bitterballen, Loaded Cheesy Nachos, fresh salads, and classic sandwiches.
