Welcome 2026 in celestial style at Ancora’s New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner – A Night Among the Stars. The evening unfolds with a six-course fine dining experience crafted by Chef Henry, featuring highlights such as Heirloom Beetroot Salad with Goat Cheese Coulis, Butter Poached Lobster “Lasagna”, and Corn-Fed Chicken with Morel and Brioche Stuffing, before ending on a sweet crescendo with Salted Caramel Tiramisu.
