Sitting in the heart of Bujairi Terrace – Riyadh’s most glamorous dining destination – Flamingo Room by tashas welcomes the winter season with its full menu and a new cocktail collection. A celebration of flavour, sophistication, and the raw beauty of savannah, the Riyadh outpost of the Dubai-born restaurant invites guests to indulge in its signature dishes, discover creative new drinks, and enjoy outdoor dining under the Saudi sun and stars.
A new season of flavour
The return of the full menu marks the start of a new culinary chapter, bringing back the restaurant’s most iconic dishes – from the zingy Calamari Mozambique and decadent Seafood Platter to the indulgent Wagyu Striploin and signature Steak Diane. Combining nostalgia and novelty, the menu perfectly captures the essence of European finesse that has defined the brand since its debut.
Adding to the experience, a new cocktail menu has been unveiled, showcasing four vibrant creations designed to complement the restaurant’s elegant yet playful atmosphere. The Tangerine Queen reigns supreme with its citrus-forward medley of mandarin, passion fruit, kaffir lime, lemongrass and carbonated ginger. Around the Bush is a painterly blend of pear, fig, plum and red apple, its honeyed richness balanced by crisp fruit notes and sunset hues, and its syrups home-brewed for over three days. The Berry Mojito takes the Havana classic and gives it a glamorous twist – raspberry, lime and mint come together in a vivid pink refresher – while the Tropical Mojito fuses mango and lime with cool mint and soda for a taste of endless summer.
These new signatures join Flamingo Room’s wider beverage offering, a curated selection that spans artisanal teas, freshly squeezed juices and rich, aromatic coffees. Guests can linger over Rooibos Vanilla Earl Grey, Organic Jasmine Mao Jian or Rose White Tea, savour a perfectly balanced Spanish Latte or the ritual of a traditional Greek Coffee, or choose from wellness-led juices like the signature Mo’ Greens – a blend of Granny Smith apple, ginger and lime.
Dine under the Stars
With the cooler weather returning, the restaurant’s picturesque terrace offers a beautiful setting to savour lunch or dinner with uninterrupted views of At-Turaif and Wadi Hanifah. Adorned in Flamingo Room’s signature palette of blush tones and golden accents, the terrace transforms with the changing light – from leisurely midday lunches to golden hour cocktails and starlit dinners.
Flamingo Room by tashas has also become one of Riyadh’s most desirable weekday lunch spots, welcoming guests to indulge in elegant, unhurried afternoons in its rosy-hued dining room or out on the terrace. Completing the immersive three-storey experience, guests can continue their journey upstairs to a luxurious retreat inspired by the continent’s tented safari camps. With interiors swathed in deep safari greens and gold, and an adjoining rooftop terrace, it offers a serene escape beneath the Riyadh night sky. Another floor up is a stargazing rooftop terrace with unobstructed views of Bujairi, one of the most special spaces in all of Riyadh for private events and gatherings.
