Viya Fit is launching the new year with a powerful, women-led movement: FemFit, a 12-week transformative programme designed to help women in Dubai regain strength, balance, and energy at every stage of life. From hormonal changes and PCOS to postpartum recovery and perimenopause, FemFit provides a science-backed, community-driven space where women can train with purpose and feel supported while doing it.

Developed for women of all fitness levels, FemFit blends fun, functional, and physiologically tailored training with practical education and personalised wellbeing support. Each small-group session incorporates strength, cardio, mobility, and recovery work to build functional fitness, enhance metabolic health, and boost overall energy. Sessions are motivating, interactive, and intentionally designed to be both challenging and accessible, with progressions that evolve week by week.

Led by Coach Nicole, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and certified Nutritionist specializing in female wellness, FemFit goes beyond the workout. The programme integrates female-focused health education, covering topics from hormonal balance, PCOS, and menopause to pregnancy and postpartum wellbeing. Participants benefit from practical nutrition advice, guided lifestyle tips, and bi-weekly one-to-one check-ins with a Female Wellness Specialist, ensuring motivation translates into real, lasting results.

More than a workout plan, FemFit is a community designed to empower women to thrive, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Participants gain strength and stamina, learn how to support their bodies through hormonal shifts, and connect with women on a similar path toward long-term wellbeing.
