Smoki Moto, Dubai’s first fully licensed Korean steakhouse, has unveiled two exclusive set menus, The Korean Way and The Smoki Way. Shaped by its Korean team, the menus offer an accessible way to experience the richness of Korean dining, highlighting the restaurant’s most distinctive dishes. Building on its award-winning reputation for experiential dining, Smoki Moto presents two menus that deliver a complete experience from start to finish.

The Korean Way pays homage to time-honoured traditions, featuring soulful staples such as Wagyu brisket doenjang jjigae, truffle egg volcano and an array of daily banchan. Rooted in authenticity, the menu reflects the communal spirit of Korean dining.
The Smoki Way presents a more adventurous interpretation, showcasing signatures such as seafood mandu, Korean fried chicken, Wagyu kimchi dolsot bibimbap and premium cuts including Black Angus ribeye. The experience concludes with Coco Mango Bingsu, Smoki Moto’s crowd-favourite finale.
Together, the two menus offer distinct pathways into Korean gastronomy, one anchored in heritage, the other defined by innovation, making Smoki Moto the destination for a complete Korean dining journey in Dubai.
Located on Palm West Beach, Smoki Moto combines premium meats, signature dry-ageing, and charcoal tabletop grills to create an elevated Korean steakhouse experience.
