Designed for gourmands seeking creativity and indulgence, Maison Dali’s new Business Lunch offers a two-course menu for AED 120, three courses for AED 140, and a full four- course journey for AED 165, served Monday to Friday from 12PM to 3PM

Discover a world of endless possibilities during your next afternoon outing at Maison Dali, a modern brasserie, with a cuisine of Mediterranean dishes infused with Japanese ingredients and techniques, helmed by Chef Tristin Farmer, a former Chef of the Three-Michelin- Starred restaurant, Zen in Singapore. This stunning locale is offering diners a chance to indulge in a range of innovative dishes as it unveils its new Business Lunch, a curated daytime experience that blends artistic finesse with culinary flair. More than just a quick midday meal, this delightful epicurean adventure delivers a taste of the venue’s immersive gastronomy, designed to elevate the working week with layered flavour, inspired ingredients, and laid-back sophistication.

Located on the ground floor of The Opus by OMNIYAT, Maison Dali is where culinary intuition meets captivating creativity. Its bold interior, inspired by the surrealist world of Salvador Dalí, creates a unique backdrop for daytime dining, ideal for impressing clients, reconnecting with colleagues, or simply taking a well-earned solo escape. The brasserie’s philosophy of elevated simplicity makes it a compelling choice for professionals seeking an indulgent yet purposeful lunch break.

The Business Lunch menu is built around a selection of carefully crafted dishes that showcase the venue’s unique Mediterranean-Japanese DNA. Guests can begin with a selection of fresh, home-baked bread and dashi before selecting from an array of small plates, such as the refreshing Dali Cobb Salad with smoked egg and confit chicken, the delicate Wagyu Tartare with bone marrow, shiso, and wasabi, the indulgent Hokkaido Corn with stacciatella, adzuki beans, and szechuan sauce, or flavourful Grilled Eggplant alongside calabrian chili, mint, and olives.

For mains, the offering includes standout options like Seabass in bouillabaisse with saffron potatoes, Calamarata Pasta with spicy n’duja, smoked tomato, and miso ricotta, Ginger Chicken with nozomi rice, coriander, and ramson capers, or Veal Short Rib Katsu with pico de gallo, dali sriracha, and parmesan. Guests who opt to indulge in a sweet finish can round off their lunch with playful, artful finales including Matcha Softie with pistachio and crystallised chestnut, Dark Chocolate & Marshmallow served with walnut and sesame, or Basque Cheesecake with Japanese mandarin.

Perfectly timed from 12PM to 3PM on weekdays, with the last seating at 2:30PM, Maison Dali’s Business Lunch invites diners to pause the pace of the office and step into a surrealist space where cuisine, creativity, and conversation converge. Much more than just a lunch, let Maison Dali become your access point to an intriguing world that is in equal parts bold, immersive, and deliciously unexpected.
