A bold new 10 dish tasting experience blending Indian soul with Japanese finesse

Romeo Lane, is proud to announce the launch of its culinary experience, an East-meets-East Degustation Menu. Launching June 16th and available daily via prior reservation, the tasting 10 dish menu explores a bold dialogue between Indian and Japanese flavors through dishes that are smoked, seared, and soulfully engineered.  

The degustation is offered in two formats with both selections having 10 dishes: AED 350 for the non-vegetarian experience and AED 300 for the vegetarian. Guests may also choose a sommelier-led wine pairing for AED 350, featuring five carefully selected wines from around the world including a glass of Champagne to start with. 

On the non-vegetarian menu, highlights include the Bluefin Tuna Tartare Pani Puri with ponzu and tamarind waters, Tandoori Salmon in a tomato-caper jus, and the indulgent A5 Wagyu Nigiri topped with summer truffle and kizami wasabi. Guests can choose between the Bhatti Australian Lamb Chop with rhara gravy or the Jumbo Tiger Prawn Moilee in creamy coconut curry for their main course, each paired with elegant international wines hand-selected for the evening. 

Vegetarian diners are treated to equally refined creations such as Zucchini Blossom Tempura with berry chutney, Textures of Mushroom with galauti spice, and a standout Saag Buratini with tempered spinach and warm missi roti. 

The grand finale? Romeo Lane’s signature Kulfi Falooda — a playful, decadent dessert of malai almond kulfi, flavoured vermicelli, and whipped rabdi foam, paired with a late-harvest Chenin Blanc from India’s Nashik valley. 

Set within the immersive surroundings of Romeo Lane, the Chef’s Table experience captures the restaurant’s signature aesthetic: stylish, social, and rooted in storytelling. Seats are limited and reservations are required in advance. 

Served daily from Sunday to Friday between 12 PM and 11 PM, and on Saturdays from 12 PM to 8 PM, the experience is available exclusively by advance booking. Guests are encouraged to reserve early to secure their place at the table.
