BALLY is delighted to launch its Fall/Winter 2024 Collection which draws upon the potent mysticism of mountain stories.
The collection is the integration of traditional Swiss elements and folklore, such as the flared designs reminiscent of a siren’s tail and the treicheln bell, alongside a colour palette that infuses Swiss red amidst natural hues. The textures are rich and varied, combining shearling, waxy leathers, and alpine jacquards with smoother fabrics like wool, draped satin, and corduroy. Jackets and coats swing from the shoulders with curved hems or wild sleeves, blending in Swiss attire into contemporary styles.
Bally’s heritage footwear anchors the wardrobe, such as the snub-toe ‘Plume’ deck shoe becomes a lace-up bootie or thigh-high cuissard and ‘Glendale’ Mary-Jane is spiked and studded with Appenzeller charms. Accessories like the buckled satchels, briefcases and zippered carry-alls are worn in monochrome calfskin with gilt or silvered hardware.
Through this collection, Bally and Creative Director Simone Bellotti invite us on a journey that honors the past while boldly striding into the future, encapsulating the spirit of exploration and the merging of worlds.
