 In the spirit of the Holy Month, The St. Regis Downtown Dubai invites guests to come together this Ramadan and embrace a season of reflection, generosity and togetherness with the return of its signature Ramadan Reflections. Set along the serene Dubai Water Canal, the experience offers a refined setting to break fast and share moments with loved ones. This year, The St. Regis Downtown Dubai has also introduced a new Iftar at Ginori Terrace, offering an elevated experience in the restaurant’s sophisticated ambiance with panoramic views of the city’s skyline from the expansive terrace.

Ramadan Reflections at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai

Returning to the hotel’s third-floor terrace, Ramadan Reflections provides an elegant al fresco setting overlooking the tranquil waters of the Dubai Water Canal. As the sun sets and marks the moment of Iftar, guests are invited to embrace the spirit of the Holy Month in an atmosphere defined by warmth, grace and elevated luxury. At the heart of the experience is a curated gourmet buffet, celebrating traditional Ramadan favourites prepared for the occasion. Throughout the evening, the gentle sounds of a live oud performance fill the terrace, adding a soulful ambience to the experience and enhancing the sense of calm and reflection.

Guests are welcomed with dates, dried fruits, traditional juices and nuts before indulging in a rich array of flavours. The spread includes Arabic Lentil Soup served with freshly baked assorted breads, alongside classic cold mezze such as HummusFattoush Salad and Warak Enab. Hot mezze offerings feature much-loved favourites including Spinach FatayerCheese Sambousek and Meat Kibbeh, while live and grill stations present highlights such as Lamb OuziShawarmaShish Tawook and Black Angus Striploin. The main course selection extends across both regional and international cuisines, with dishes including Laban UmmoHarra FishMoroccan ChickenStir-Fried NoodlesPaneer Butter MasalaPenne Alfredo and Roasted Potatoes. The evening concludes with an indulgent dessert selection, from classic Cheese Kunafa and Saffron Milk Cake to Chocolate Swiss Roll and an interactive Chocolate Fountain.

Ramadan-inspired Set Menu at Ginori Terrace

This Ramadan, Ginori Terrace unveils its first curated set-menu Iftar, offering a refined way to embrace the spirit of the Holy Month. Set against the tranquil backdrop of the Dubai Water Canal, the experience invites guests to gather and enjoy a selection of flavours inspired by regional gastronomy.

The evening begins with dates, dried fruits and Ramadan juices, followed by a generous selection of cold mezzeh, including Hazelnut HummusCrushed Caramelised Butternut SquashBatenjan MutabbalMuhammaraLabneh, and a classic Fattoush Salad. A selection of hot mezzeh follows, featuring Cheese SambousekLamb Kibbeh and Spinach Fatayer, alongside freshly baked Zaatar and Halloumi Cheese Manakish. Guests can then enjoy a comforting Arabic Lentil Soup before the main course, which presents an Arabic Mixed Grill of KoftaShish Tawook and marinated Lamb Chops, served with a traditional Arabic Salad. To finish off the evening on a sweet note, a selection of classic Ramadan sweets is served, including Umm AliKunafa and Seasonal Fruits, offering a decadent finish to the Iftar experience.
