Ines Chatti Patisserie, the homegrown pastry house known for imaginative creations, is adding a sprinkle of magic this holiday season with the launch of its Festive 2025 Collection.

Crafted by the talented Ines Chatti, who has worked in some of the world’s most recognised Michelin-starred restaurants, this year’s Festive offering includes a custom-designed pine cone yule log, edible decorations, and Santa-approved cookies, all showcasing her signature artistry and refined flavour pairings.

Available to order online, the 2025 Festive Collection presents delicate artistry, unique textures, and a generous dose of Festive spirit.

  • The Yule Log is a masterpiece designed exclusively for Ines Chatti Patisserie’s 2025 Festive Collection, bridging French pastry tradition with Japanese influences. The creation is disguised in a pine cone shape crafted by Ines herself, and is inspired by fir tree buds – the tender young shoots with a delicately woody flavour that capture the very essence of a forest walk. At its heart lies a pine nut and hazelnut praline, studded with candied mini pine cones – an Eastern European specialty that adds an authentic and surprising dimension. To balance the richness of chocolate and praline, a yuzu marmalade brings a bright, citrusy freshness, creating a harmonious bridge with the matcha, and transforming this ‘forest stroll’ into a ‘walk through a Japanese woodland’. The log finishes with a crunchy pistachio base that evokes the satisfying snap of broken twigs underfoot during a forest walk – bringing an auditory memory to the tasting experience. This gastronomic showstopper reimagines tradition and celebrates winter’s natural beauty through carefully selected ingredients that engage sight, taste, texture, and even sound.

This year’s Festive collection captures the warmth and nostalgia of the holidays, while pushing the boundaries of flavour pairings and pastry design. Ines Chatti comments, “For me, the festive season has always been about coming together with friends and family, and little moments of joy, and I wanted this collection to capture exactly that. This season, I’ve brought back that childlike wonder, blending familiar flavours with unexpected details that surprise and delight.”

The Festive Collection will be available to pre-order online from 5th December for delivery from 15th December, and will be available until 1st January.
