Introducing the latest lazy lunch escape, the Versilia Brunch celebrates ‘Ferragosto Day’, an exquisite community gathering embracing Italy’s most beloved mid-summer holiday. In true Tuscan spirit, the brunch celebrates Ferragosto, where long, leisurely feasts, laughter and sunshine define a day of togetherness and culinary indulgence.

Set against the golden backdrop of Vera’s recently unveiled outdoor terrace and poolside setting, guests are invited to embrace L’Arte di Vivere in Grande Stile. As the cool breeze fills the air and Italian harmonies set the scene, the experience unfolds like a summer gathering in Forte dei Marmi, where every moment feels like an endless afternoon of neighbourly charm.
Beginning the culinary journey with a crowd favourite, the Crudo Tower showcases a masterpiece of Oyster Gillardeau, crudo selections and Caviar Oscietra Classic. From there, guests are guided through a series of Tuscan delights, including the aromatic Tartufo, with mozzarella cheese, fresh black truffle and chives; Insalata Di Cavolo Riccio with kale salad, Pecorino cheese, walnuts, mustard dressing and pomegranate; and the traditional Vitello Tonnato, a roasted veal eye round with tuna sauce and capers.

For those seeking comfort from the kitchen, the Paccheri ai Tre Pomodori, a Paccheri pasta with three tomato sauce, and Risotto Pecorino di Pienza e Funghi di Stagione, boasting the rich flavours of Pecorino di Pienza cheese with seasonal mushrooms, pay homage to Italy’s historic culinary roots, with each bite capturing the essence of summer in Versilia.
Main courses further add to the experience with options such as the Branzino all’Isolana, featuring a fresh seabass fillet with potatoes, olives and cherry tomatoes; the Scaloppine al Limone, a tender veal escalope with lemon sauce and broccolini; and the Melanzane alla Milanese, a flavourful eggplant milanese with cherry tomatoes and rocket salad.

The afternoon would not be complete without a selection of traditional sweet treats to follow and a drink in hand. In true Versilian style, guests can indulge in a carefully curated beverage menu with a selection of packages available starting from AED 395. For those looking to celebrate in true Riviera fashion, the AED 695 package includes Ferrari TrentoDoc sparkling wine, while the AED 795 Champagne experience ensures the afternoon is as bubbly as the conversations.

The cherry on the cake comes in the form of classic Italian live entertainment with a guitarist and DJ from 12pm until 4pm, setting the rhythm for the day and elegance of Ferragosto.
