This September,Sushiyaki presents an exclusive menu dedicated to Wagyu, one of the world’s most coveted ingredients. Blending Japanese precision with Nikkei flair, the limited-time offering showcases six distinctive creations that elevate Wagyu’s renowned richness in inventive and elegant ways.


The Wagyu Showcase
- Wagyu Sliders – Soft steamed buns encasing succulent beef patties with melted cheese and sweet soy onion relish, finished with furikake and a touch of gochujang mayo.
- Crispy Niku – Golden sushi rice topped with Wagyu tartare, truffle mayo and caviar, dusted with gold for a refined flourish.
- Wagyu Nikkei Nigiri – Striploin nigiri brushed with soy demi-glace, served with crispy sweet potato and smoked chimichurri.
- Wagyu Maki – Maki rolls of striploin, spring onion and bean sprouts, drizzled with red chilli sauce and paired with banana tempura.
- Tsukune Yaki – Juicy Wagyu grilled with lime, enriched with cured egg yolk and Maldon salt.
